These Terms of Service govern your use of filevera.com and all purchases made through our store. FileVera reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products

All products sold on FileVera are digital downloads — pre-made, customizable Excel templates and management systems. Products are delivered instantly upon purchase via an automated download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that delivery is completed electronically.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on filevera.com are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged at the time of your order is final and will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

4. Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers. FileVera does not store or have access to your full payment card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email will contain your download link for the purchased digital product. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. FileVera is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address provided by the customer.

6. Digital Product License

Upon purchase, FileVera grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or business purposes. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product with any third party
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the original product
  • Use the product to create derivative works intended for commercial resale without prior written authorization from FileVera
  • Upload the product to any file-sharing platform or public repository

This license is granted to the individual purchaser only and does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Refunds and Returns

All sales of digital products are subject to our Refund Policy. We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Please refer to our full Refund Policy at filevera.com/policies/refund-policy for complete details.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us at support@filevera.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues promptly and fairly. FileVera reserves the right to dispute any chargeback filed in relation to a delivered and accessible digital product, using download logs and delivery records as evidence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on filevera.com, including but not limited to product files, designs, graphics, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of FileVera and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this site is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. FileVera does not guarantee that our products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our digital products for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileVera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
