Digital Product Nature
All products sold on FileVera are digital downloads — pre-made, customizable Excel templates and management systems delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and our business.
10-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, contact us at support@filevera.com within 10 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 10 Days
After the 10-day period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, as the digital product has been delivered and is accessible to the customer.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- You have downloaded the product and the 10-day guarantee period has passed
- You claim the product does not meet your expectations but have not contacted our support team to allow us to assist you
- The purchase was made more than 10 days ago
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, please email us at support@filevera.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
We will process all approved refunds within 5–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks on delivered and accessible digital products may be disputed with full delivery evidence.
